registering commands is currently broken.
Files are present, code is picking it up, registration to discord is not happening though. Most likely because we don't have a fallback guild id and the is trying to register a global command, which fails.
-> get bots guild IDs first and then try to register the commands to all present guilds?
-> how do big bots do this?
